Our canvases are usually created within 1-3 business days from when we receive an order.

5. Where is the best place to photograph my car?
We suggest a large open space such as an empty parking lot on a sunny day. This provides sufficient lighting and eliminates many reflections from nearby objects being in the paint.

Returns
Because all of our items are custom made to order they are classified as final sale, meaning they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not allow for returns or refunds due to change of mind.
As well, our canvases are printed from customer supplied photos. We do not guarantee prints to be free from blemishes like reflections in car paint. It is the customers responsibility to supply photographs that they are happy with.
We are not responsible for photos of vehicles taken from non-flat angles.
Electronic device screens such as cell phones, can have slight variations in color meaning the final print may not look exactly as it appears on your device. We have high level printers but we cannot account for how it appears on your device. We seek to provide canvases that our customers love, however, we can only print what you supply to us.

Most orders will ship within 3 business days of order being placed.
Orders are shipped via UPS standard ground.
